Elma Milne TODD
On June 19, 2025, passed away peacefully at Parklands Hospital, aged 93 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Fraser and Nicky, treasured Grandma of Alexander and Mitchy, loved great-grandmother of Evelyn.
