Elma & Ian Todd were a St Paul's Presbyterian couple when I first joined there in 1969. Mr Todd was very much an active part of St Paul's and a real joy. I saw Ian Todd and Mary Donald at Chch Teacher's College and felt chuffed that they were part of St Paul's Trinity Pacific Presbyterian Church. When Ian died, Elma continued to worship but then left. I sometimes would bump into Elma at the Wainoni shops often the Samyod dogs were in the car. I lost touch with Elma until 2012 after the earthquake when St Paul's due to no church building would worship at the church at Rangi Ruru on a Sunday. That was the last time I saw Elma-a true woman of Faith, Virtue and always attended church. Fraser, you and family are so blessed to be part of a special legacy. God Bless Lynmaree Sopoaga (I am now a minister at Malvern Co-operating Parish, and moderator of Alpine Presbytery)
