(MBE): Passed away peacefully at Diana Isaac Village, Christchurch, on March 2, 2023, aged 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Rae, much loved father and father-in-law of John (Australia), Chris and Terry Ekstrom (Australia), Glyn and Birgit (Christchurch). Loved Grandad of Anneke, Julian, Kieran; Christopher, Matt, and Nicki. Loved brother of Roy and the late Molly. Grateful thanks to the team at Diana Isaac Village for their care and support of Frank.
