(Jake, Big Red): on May 4^th, aged 28 years, suddenly passed away due to Addison’s Disease.  Dearly loved son of Mark and Anita, brother and brother-in-law of Reuben and Stasia.  Loved grandson of Frank (deceased) and Lynne and Brian and Maggie.
