12 January 1934 – 20 April 2024. Following a brief illness Jeannette passed away peacefully in Christchurch. She was the eldest daughter of Doug and Mona (both deceased) and cherished sister and sister-in-law of Winsome and Peter Heyward. Jeannette was a much-loved Auntie Nette to her nieces and nephews and their families. Being involved in their lives brought her great joy.  She was also very respected and loved by her homestay students and their families here and overseas. With a life spent building connections, Jeannette’s legacy is worldwide friendships and an extensive family tree.  Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Jeannette Cree, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545.
