On March 23, 2023, passed away peacefully at home, with family by his side, aged 84 years. Dearly loved husband of Erin, much loved father and father-in-law of David and Shona, Stephen and Larena, Nicola, Paul and Adela. Adored ‘Poppa’ of Marielle, Hannah, and Caleb; Samara, and Tamzin; Roan, Fraser, and Cullen, loved by his best mate Ike, the farm dog.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Catholic Church, 61 Fuller Street, Kaiapoi, on Thursday, March 30, at 10.30am, thereafter interment in the Kaiapoi Cemetery. The recitation of the Rosary will be held in the church on Wednesday, March 29, at 5.30pm.
