On June 6, 2023, passed away at Nurse Maude Hospice, surrounded by family, aged 90 years. Dearly loved best friend of Helen, devoted father of Chrissy Mealing, Judy Prattley and partner Mark, and Nickey Robinson and partner Stu Smith. Respected father-in-law of Grant Mealing (deceased), Jon Skogstad (deceased), and Hugh Robinson. Adored Grandad of Fleur; Caroline, Eve, and Stefan; Sam, Michael, and Ella; Adrian, and Claire. Loved great-grandad of Josh, Lara, Ryker, and Esmé.  Respected friend of Nicholas, Anna, and Timothy Ward, and extended Ward and South families. A Memorial Service for Murray will be held in our Rangiora Chapel, Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on July 10, at 2.30pm.
