On July 10, 2023, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 82 years. Loved friend and husband of Rita, loved father and father-in-law of Jon and Karen, Kelly and Megan, and Rob and Alisa, loved grandfather of Angelique and Sheyk, Trent, Jaimee, Josh, Will, Lucas, and Max, great-grandfather of Riley, Enzo, Bella, and Asher, loved brother and brother-in-law of Tim and Dianna, Richard and Sue, Rachael and Jim, and Stephen and Noeline.
